New State Mobile’s First MENA Official Event

With Krafton publishing their newest mobile game, GBarena has been chosen to assist with its launch, raising awareness for New State Mobile in the MENA region with its first official event in the region.
During the event, GBarena had its own mega banner inside the game, allowing players to easily reach GBarena’s platform, redirecting them to the event page.

An elaborate marketing plan was created specifically for this event, scoring over 2,800,000 total reach of which over 1,950,900 were social media reach, and over 850,100 were views on GBarena’s website. The event also had a live stream on ArabHardware’s YouTube channel which ended with over 8,670 views. The event also had its own mega banner on both GBarena’s website and in-game in New State Mobile. 

The 4-qualifier long event had a $3,000 prize pool that was competed for by 1,460 participants of which only 80 qualified to the final tournament. 

As for the countries participating, there were participants from every single country in the MENA region, of which 29.9% participated from Iraq, 27.4% from Egypt, and 11.5% from Saudi Arabia.

43.7% of the 1,460 participants belonged to the age group of 19-24, while 94.3% of the total number of participants were male players, and 48.4% were iOS users.
